1 LB Pork Sausage
Oil
Milk
Flour
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook Sausage in a small amount of Oil, crumble as it cooks.
When Sausage is done add in Flour, Salt and Pepper, stir until Flour browns.
Add in Milk, stir until smooth.
Serve over Biscuits.

This may be the best breakfast of all time. Nothing was better than Emma's gravy and Gaythel's biscuts. Emma makes the best gravy and Gaythel made the best biscuits. Roscoe and Lois like theirs with blackberry jelly on the biscuts covered in sausage gravy... try it:) If you like spicy, use Bob Evans (red roll package) hot breakfast sausage. Yummy!
