6 large Potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 Onion, chopped
2 stalks Celery, chopped
1 Stick Margarine
1 C Milk
1 C Velveeta Cheese, cubed
Salt
Pepper
Diced Ham, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Cook Potatoes with Salt and Pepper until 2/3 done
While Potatoes are cooking melt Milk, Margarine and Cheese together.
Place partially cooked Potatoes in a baking dish, pour Cheese mixture over them.
Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
