Cooked brown rice, about 1/2 cup per person
Milk
Brown sugar or honey
Ground cinnamon (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Put the brown rice in a small saucepan. Add milk to barely cover. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until it just comes to a boil. Watch so it doesn’t boil over and make a mess on the stove! You can add a little cinnamon, if you like. Add honey to taste or sprinkle some brown sugar on top once it is dished out.
