1 pkg yeast (2.5 tsp)
1/4 c water
1 tsp sugar
Mix and let stand 5 min

1/2 c sugar
1/4 c oil
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
4 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs, ½ cup sugar, oil and salt in a small bowl. Add 1 cup warm water to the yeast mixture. Add egg mixture to it. Add 4 cups flour, mix together. Cover and let sit overnight or at least eight hours. Preheat oven to 375º. Divide into three equal parts, Roll on floured board to 1/4 inch thick rounds like pie crust. Cut each part into 12 equal 6 inch pie shaped rounds. Roll from the outer edge to the inside. Place on greased or parchment lined cookie sheet 1 inch apart. Let rise approximately 6 hours. Bake10 to 12 minutes.
