1/2 pkg. lentils
3/4 cup rice (regular)
1 onion - sauté
salt to taste
1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
1/2 stick of butter

Directions:
Directions:
Wash lentils. Cook and cover in a 3/4 pot of boiling water for about 30 minutes or until tender. Sauté onions in a small amount of olive oil and then add the tomato sauce. When sauce starts to boil, add rice and the water from lentils into rice mixture. Add a 1/2 stick of butter at the end and mix.
