2 ½ tsp McCormicks Rubbed Sage
1 ½ tsp McCormicks California Style Garlic Salt w Parsley
1 tsp ground ginger
½ tsp pepper
Boneless Center Cut Pork Roast
1 Tblsp oil
2 cups apple juice
2 pkgs McCormicks Pork Gravy

Preheat oven 350. Mix sage, garlic salt, ginger, black pepper in a small bowl. Place roast in foil lined pan side down. Brush entire surface with oil and rub seasoning mix evenly over roast. Pour apple juice in pan. Roast 1 ¼ hours until done basting with pan juices every 20 minutes. Transfer pork roast to cutting board. Cover loosely with foil and let stand 15 minutes before cutting. Mix 2/3 cup juices from the pan and 11/3 cup water enough liquid to measure 2 cups in saucepan. Stir in gravy mixes and stir frequently. Cook over medium heat until gravy boils. Reduce heat low and simmer 1 minute or until slightly thick. Serve with roast.
