8 ½ ounce sliced peaches, syrup reserved
1/3 cup hot water
2 Tblsp oleo
2 cups stove top stuffing
4 chops 1 inch thick with pocket
½ cup peach preserves
2 Tblsp dijon mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Drain and dice peaches, reserve syrup. Mix water and oleo in bowl. Stir in stove top dressing mix in canister, peach syrup and fill chops. Arrange 9x13 pan. Mix preserves and dijon mustard. Brush over chops. Bake for 60 minutes until cooked through. Bake the rest of the stuffing in a casserole for 30 minutes
