6 medium potatoes pared and sliced thinly
1 tbsp. onion
1 tbsp. flour
salt
pepper
butter

Directions:
Directions:
In a 2 qt. casserole dish (that has been sprayed with Pam) place the following:

1 layer of potatoes
1 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
Pat with butter

Continue building up layers and pour over casserole. Bake at 350º with lid on for 30 minutes. Remove lid and bake another 60-70 minutes.
