Directions:
Directions:
Slice each pork chop in the center to create a pocket to stuff bread stuffing in.
Sauté onions and celery in a small pan with 1 teaspoon of butter and poultry seasoning , after mixture has cooked add 1 cup of water to two cups of stove top stuffing and mix thoroughly.
Stuff all pork chops with a good amount of stuffing and set aside.
Peel apples and core then cut quarters into rings. There will be two rings to each stuffed chop.
Lay down two rings and add butter to rings and on top of butter add brown sugar then sprinkle cinnamon and do this so that you have four setups to place chops on. Add chops to apples and sprinkle with dry mustard , salt, and pepper to the top of the chops then spoon on cream of mushroom soup straight from the can - do not thin.
Cover with tin foil and cook in a pre-heated oven at 375 degrees for 35 minutes and then remove foil and cook for another 15 to 20 minutes until done but don't over cook.
