3c Flour
2c Sugar
1/2 c Cocoa
2 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Salt

2 tsp. Vanilla
2 tsp. Vinegar
2 c Cold Water
3/4 c Vegetable Oil
Directions:
Directions:
Sift together the first 5 ingredients. Add the remaining 4 ingredients.

Bake in 13x9x2 in pan at 350º until toothpick comes out clean.
