"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

½ Cup Unsalted Butter at room temperature
1 8 oz package Cream Cheese at room temperature

Directions:
Preheat Oven to 350º

In a medium bowl, cream the butter and cream cheese, then add the egg, almond & orange extract and mix until all combined. Then add the white cake mix and mix till combined, Stir in ¼ cup of sprinkles then cover the bowl with plastic and refrigerate for a minimum of one hour but not more than 24 hours. Note: the longer the dough chills, the less sticky it will be when rolling.

Place powdered sugar in one bowl and the remaining ¼ cup of sprinkles in another bowl. Using a 1 inch cookie scoop, scoop out the dough and roll into balls. Sprinkle with extra sprinkles and then roll in the powdered sugar bowl completely. Place on a greased cookie sheet and repeat until all balls are done. Bake for 10 minutes, then allow cookies to cool on the cookie sheet for approximately 2 minutes before removing to a wire rack. Makes approximately 42 small cookies.
