Ingredients: 3 Cans (7.5 oz ea) Buttermilk Biscuits or Cinnabon Rolls 1 Cup Sugar 2 Whole Oranges, Zested 1 Dash Salt 2 Sticks Salted Butter 3/4 Cup Brown Sugar (dark) 1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract 2 Tbsp Cinnamon (if using buttermilk biscuits)

Directions:Preheat Oven 350º
Make sure biscuits are VERY COLD, Open cans and quarter the biscuits. In a large ziplock bag add sugar, salt and orange zest. Seal bag and shake till sugar absorbs oils from orange zest. Then add biscuit pieces to the bag, seal and shake until all biscuit pieces are coated in sugar mixture. Pour biscuit pieces into a bundt pan and set aside.
In a medium pan melt butter over medium heat then add brown sugar and vanilla until barely combined. Pour mixture over biscuit pieces, Let it settle for a bit then bake in oven for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and let set for about 5-10 minutes, then turn the cake pan upside down unto a cake plate.
CAUTION: Monkey bread will be HOT. Wait a few minutes before consuming to avoid getting burned by caramel sugar.
