1 pound lean ground beef or turkey
⅔ cup water
1 envelope taco seasoning
2 tubes buttermilk biscuits
1 can of chile
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef, drain
Stir in water & seasonings
Bring to a boil, 2 min. until thickened
Quarter biscuits, place in a 13 x 9 in greased pan
Layer with beef mix
Add chile and cheese
Bake at 350º for 25 - 30 min.
Serve with sour cream if desired.
