Chicken parts, best with skin on
Flour
3- 4 cups Chicken broth or bouillon
Butter
16 oz sour cream
Directions:
Directions:
Coat chicken with flour and brown in butter
Remove chicken and put into a baking pan
Make a roux with 3-4 tbs of butter and flour
Add 3-4 cups of chicken broth or bullion and cook until thickened
Add sour cream
Pour the sauce over the chicken
Cover with foil and bake at 350 for an hour
Serve with rice and a veggie
