3 c. zucchini
1 c. oil
3 c. sugar
1 c. nuts, chopped
4 eggs
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. flour

Frosting:
3 oz. cream cheese, softened
3 c. powdered sugar
1 stick butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly grease and flour a 13x9 pan. Puree zucchini and oil in blender. Pour into mixing bowl. Add rest of ingredients. Mix well. Pour into cake pan. Bake cake for 60 minutes at 300. Cool. Frost.
