1/4 c. sugar
1 T. cornstarch
2 T. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 8-oz. pkg cream cheese, softened

Cake:

1/2 c. butter
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/3 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
4 squares unsweetened baking chocolate, melted
2 c. flour

Frosting:
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. semisweet chocolate chips
2 c. powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350. Grease and lightly flour bottom of 13x9 pan. In small bowl, blend all filling ingredients 1 minute at low speed. Beat at high speed until smooth. Set aside. In large bowl, blend all cake ingredients at low speed until moistened. Beat 3 minutes at medium speed. Pour half of batter into pan. Spoon filling over batter. Spoon remaining batter by teaspoonfuls over filling. Spread to edges as evenly as possible. Bake 50-60 minutes or until done. Cool.
For frosting:
In small saucepan, heat butter and milk to boiling. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla and chips. Blend in powdered sugar until smooth. If needed, thin with milk.
