2/3 c. Crisco
3 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla or 1/2 tsp. almond
5 T. milk
Food coloring, if desired

Directions:
In medium bowl, cream shortening. Add powdered sugar, vanilla and enough milk for decorating consistency. Beat until smooth. If needed, thin with a few drops of milk. Makes about 3 c. frosting.
