1/2 c. butter, softened
1/2 tsp. vinegar
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. oil
2 c. zucchini, finely chopped
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
4 T. baking cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
1/2 c. chocolate chips

Directions:
Mix well all ingredients except nuts and chocolate chips. Pour into greased and floured cake pan. Bake at 325 for 45 minutes. Top with 1/2 c. nuts and 1/2 c. chocolate chips.
