1 chicken breast....
1/2 c panko
1 egg beaten
1/4 c flour
1/4 cup almond slices
3/4 c chicken gravy
oil to fry
There is a recipe for gravy with this
1 1/2 c chicken stock
2 T corn starch
1 tsp mirin
1 T soy sauce
bring to boil and serve with the chicken, she also added a T butter and a bit of rice vinegar

Pound out chicken
coat in flour dip in egg and press on the panko
cut chicken in diagonal pieces and fry in oil, serve with gravy and sprinkle with almonds
