1 cup sugar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
⅓ cup butter
1 cup milk
⅛ tsp. salt
½ tsp. vanilla extract
½ tsp. almond extract
½ tsp. coconut extract

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar and cornstarch in a bowl and set aside. Melt butter in sauce pan. Stir in sugar mixture until it's dissolved and crumbly. (All mixed in.) Add milk and salt. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently until thickened. Add vanilla, almond, and coconut extracts. Remove from heat. Delicious on pancakes, waffles, crepes or French toast!

I got this gem from Caryn Grow. I think she got it from her sister, Shannon. My children now only want this syrup on their pancakes. It's got sugar and butter, so of course its yummy!!
