1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 cup chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped celery
1 tsp. chili powder
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1 1/2 c. frozen whole kernel corn
1 Tbsp. worchestershire sauce
1 14 oz can diced tomatoes, undrained
2 c. water
1 lb. cod or lean white fish
cayenne pepper and salt

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and celery with chili powder about 3 min.
Stir in corn, worchestershire sauce, diced tomatoes, 2 cups water, cook about 10 min.
Add fish, cook 3 min. more.
Taste add cayenne pepper and salt to taste.
Stir in parsley. Serve.
