Ingredients:	Ingredients: 1 lb. crab 1/3 c. crushed Ritz crackers 3 green onions ½ c. green pepper ¼ c. mayonnaise 1 egg 1 tsp. worcheshire sauce 1 tsp. dry mustard ½ lemon, juiced ¼ tsp.garlic powder 1 tsp. salt dash cayenne flour for dusting ½ c. peanut oil

Directions:	Directions: Mix first 12 ingredients together. Form cakes and dust with flour and fry in peanut oil.
