1 C flour
2/3 C milk
2/3 C cold water
3 large eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
3 T. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Place the flour and salt in a mixing bowl. Slowly add the eggs, beating until smooth. Scrape the sides of the bowl and drizzle in the milk and water. Stir in the melted butter.

This is originally from Julia Child's cookbook and I think it's such a versatile and easy recipe. It can easily be doubled, tripled...whatever! These are a common birthday breakfast at the Neukom house...with fruit filling and whipped cream or powdered sugar.
