Dough:
3 cups flour
3 Tbsp oil
1 tsp salt
1 1/8 cups warm water
Filling:
1 lb. ground beef, fried
1/2 cup cooked rice
4 cooked eggs, chopped
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 Tbsp onion, finely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dough and roll very thin. Mix all filling ingred. Cut dough into 3 1/2 inch squares and add 2 Tbsp filling into the centre of each square. Stick ends together to seal edges well. Fry in deep hot oil until a nice golden brown.
