Tenderizing salt
2-3 lb. beef roast
1 cup beef broth
2 cups BBQ sauce
1 garlic clove
1 tsp pepper
4 Tbsp French Onion Soup mix powder

Directions:
Directions:
Rub tenderizing salt onto roast. Put vinegar, oil and soya sauce and roast into slow cooker on low for the night. Once cool, slice thinly. Place meat in 9X13. Mix broth, BBQ sauce, garlic and pepper and pour over meat slices to cover. Sprinkle dry French Onion Soup powder over meat. Cover with tin foil and cook 4 hours at 200ºF. Eat as sliced beef on a bun.
