1 pkg. Jell-O (any flavor)
1/2 c. warm water
1 1/2 c. mini-marshmallows
Directions:
Directions:
Stir Jell-o and water in microwavable bowl. Microwave on high for 1 1/2 minutes. Stir in marshmallows with whisk until melted. Pour into square 8x9 inch pan sprayed with cooking spray. Refrigerate until set (about 1 hr.) Starting at one edge, roll up tightly and cut into 1/2 inch slices.
