4 OZ SEAFOOD CHUNKS - IMITATION CRAB
1/2 C CHOPPED MUSHROOMS
4 EGGS
1/2 C FLOUR
2 TBSP BUTTER
1 1/2 C MILK
1/2 TSP SALT
PEPPER
2 TBSP ONION

SPRINKLE GRATED CHEESE ON BOTTOM OF GREASED 8" PIE PLATE. ADD SEAFOOD AND CHOPPED MUSHROOMS. IN A BLENDER OR WITH A MIXER BEAT EGGS, ONION, FLOUR, BUTTER, MILK, SALT AND PEPPER. POUR INTO PIE PLATE. BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 40-50 MINUTES OR UNITL KNIFE COMES OUT CLEAN
