2 CUPS MIXED GREENS
1 CUP CANDIED WALNUTS
2 LARGE HONEYCRISP APPLES SLICED INTO THINK MATCHSTICKS



SPICED CIDER VINAIGRETTE:
1/4 C. PLUS 2 TBSP APPLE CIDER VINEGAR
2 TBSP HONEY
2 TBSP WALNUTS, CANDIED OR PLAIN
1/4 TSP CINNAMON
1/4 TSP BLACK PEPPER
1/4 TSP PLUS A PINCH OF SALT
PINCH CUMIN
PINCH CURRY POWDER
1/2 C PLUS 2 TBSP CANOLA OIL

IN A LARGE BOWL ADD THE LETTUCE AND ARUGULA, WALNUTS AND APPLES. DRIZZLE WITH SPICED VINAIGRETTE, TOSS AND SERVE.
