1 CONTAINER OF COTTAGE CHEESE GRATED MOZZARELLA CHEESE GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE 2 CUPS FRESH SPINACH CHOPPED 1 JAR PASTA SAUCE 700 ML SIZE - YOUR CHOICE BUT I USE A CHUNKY STYLE ONE 3/4 C WATER

Directions:IN A SAUCEPAN HEAT OIL, COOK GARLIC AND ONION UNTIL TENDER ADD BEEF AND BROWN UNTIL NO PINK REMAINS. ADD JAR OF PASTA SAUCE AND WATER TO THIS MIXTURE. SET ASIDE.
IN A 9 X 13 BAKING DISH PUT A LAYER OF THE MEAT SAUCE. TOP WITH LASAGNE NOODLES. TOP THAT WITH A LAYER OF MEAT SAUCE FOLLOWED BY A LAYER OF COTTAGE CHEESE. ADD THE CHOPPED SPINACH AS A LAYER FOLLOWED BY A SPRINKLING OF PARMESAN CHEESE AND LAYER OF MOZZARELLA CHEESE. MAKE ANOTHER LAYER ON TOP OF NOODLES, MEAT SAUCE, COTTAGE CHEESE AND MOZZARELLA AND PARMESAN. TOP WITH FINAL LAYER OF NOODLES FOLLOWED BY MEAT SAUCE. SPRINKLE THE TOP WITH MOZZA AND PARMESAN AGAIN. COVER WITH FOIL AND BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 45 - 50 MINUTES. LET STAND FOR 10 MINUTES BEFORE SERVING. |
