2 boxes frozen, chopped broccoli
1 cup mayonnaise
3 eggs
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 small onion, diced.

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350º F.
2. Cook broccoli as directed on pkg. and drain.
3. Place in casserole dish. Add all other ingredients, using a fork to mix.
4. Cover casserole and bake for 1 hour.

This recipe was given to me by Susan Elcock, who was my nursing assistant for several years at Notre Dame. Very easy to make and it can be baked ahead and then warmed in a microwave. It is a good casserole for pot-lucks.
