1½ Tablespoons butter
½ head of cabbage, shredded
½ cup water
½ cup brown sugar
½ vinegar
salt & pepper to taste
1 Tablespoon butter

Directions:
Directions:
1. Chop onion, fine texture, and cook in butter until tender.
2. Add cabbage and water, a little at a time and cook 10-15 minutes.
3. When tender, add sugar and vinegar.
4. Before serving, add salt, pepper and butter.
