4-5 skinless boneless chicken breast
1 can chicken broth
1 large can cream chicken
1 regular can cream chicken
1 pkg shredded cheese (Colby jack)
1 can rotell
1 pkg thin spaghetti
salt and pepper to taste
I like to add chopped onions when I am boiling the noodles. (optional)

Directions:
Boil chicken in chicken broth and 5-6 cups water (save this water). Chunk up chicken in a 9X13 pan. Boil noodles in the chicken water till almost done (al dente) (save this water). Put the noodles in with the chicken. Mix the soup, rotell and cheese together. Mix into the noodles and chicken add salt and pepper. Put 2 to 3 cups of the chicken water in and mix well. Bake covered for 20 minutes. Don't over bake or noodles will be mushy.
