1 cup catsup
1 cup sugar
¾ cup salad oil
¾ cup vinegar
¼ cup finely grated onions
½ teaspoon garlic salt
Celery seed

Combine all ingredients. This makes one quart of dressing.

Grandma Ann made this salad dressing frequently. She told us this recipe tasted almost the same as the one we were served at a Mishawaka restaurant - LH Inn. This was the Lincoln Highway Inn at the corner of Lincoln Way East and Capitol Avenue.
