1 teaspoon curry powder
1 Tablespoon salt
3 Bay Leaves
6-8 peppercorns
2 Tablespoons grated onion
1 large clove of garlic, crushed
¼ cup lemon juice
¼ cup dry red wine
⅓ cup olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine ingredients and blend well.
2. Add meat and marinate 4-12 hours.
3. Skewer meat with cherry tomatoes, onions, green peppers, etc.; Reserve marinade.
4. Broil for 20 minutes or so, until desired doneness, turning often & brushing with marinade.
