3 lbs. hamburger
2 eggs
2 cups oatmeal
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. chili powder
1 c. chopped onion
1 can (lg) evaporated milk

Sauce:
2 cups ketchup
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Shape hamburger mixture into balls. Put into a 9x13 pan. Cover with sauce. To make sauce, mix together ketchup, brown sugar, liquid smoke, garlic powder and onion. Pour over meatballs. Bake 1 hour at 350º. Freeze well.

I usually double the recipe and shape the balls, putting them on a cookie sheet and freeze them overnight. The next morning I take the frozen balls and put them in a zip lock freezer bag so I can out as many as I need per meal. I also freeze the sauce in zip lock bags with varying amounts for a large amount of meatballs to a small amount.
