1 pkg. regular oreos
6 Tbsp. butter, melted
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. sugar
2 (4 oz.) pkg. instant chocolate pudding
12 oz. tub whipped topping
3 1/4 c. cold milk
1 1/2 c. mini chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Place oreos in a zip lock bag & crush with a rolling pin or process them in a food processor to fine crumbs.
In a medium bowl combine the oreo crumbs & melted butter.
Mix well & press into a 9x13 baking dish. Put in fridge to cool, In a mixer bowl, combine cream cheese and sugar with electric mixer until smooth. Use a spoon and fold in 1 1/4 cups of the whipped topping. Layer the cream cheese mixture on top of the oreo base. In a bowl whisk together the pudding mixes and milk. Stir until it thickens. Layer the pudding on top of the cream cheese. chill for 10 minutes. Top with remaining whipped topping. Sprinkle with mini chocolate chips. Chill for 2 hours or freeze for 1 hour before serving.
