Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Rae is Nick's wife, Rachel. When she made this for us the first time it was at one of her family's holiday gatherings and we loved it. It was great tasting, had eye appeal and was so unique for something so simple. It was the hit of the buffet. So, I asked her to share this with us from her family to ours.
