4 medium onion, minced
2 cloves garlic
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 pounds fresh mushrooms, chopped
2 cup heavy cream
2 cups beef bouillon
1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 cup sliced almonds, toasted
Chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onions and garlic in butter over medium heat in Dutch oven.
Add mushrooms and cook until tender.
Gradually add cream and bouillon.
DON'T BOIIL.
Sprinkle with cheese, almonds and parsley.
