1 pound pkg. frozen cod fillets (not breaded), thawed, drained.

CRAB MIXTURE:
⅔ cup melted butter (no substitutes)
1 cup crushed herb seasoned stuffing mix
6-oz. pkg. frozen crab meat, thawed, drained
4-oz. can mushroom stems and pieces, drained.
1 egg
2 Tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
¼ teaspoon salt
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
¼ teaspoon hot pepper sauce

TOPPING:
½ cup crushed herb seasoned stuffing mix
2 Tablespoons butter, melted (no substitutes)

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350º F.
2. In ungreased 8-inch square baking pan, place cod fillets. Set aside.
3. In 1½ quart bowl, mix together all crab mixture ingredients.
4. Sprinkle crab mixture over cod fillets.
5. In same bowl, combine all topping ingredients; sprinkle over crab mixture.
6. bake for 30-35 minutes or until heated through and fish flakes with a fork.
