1-lb. baby carrots
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 T. Olive oil
1 T. butter
¼ cup water
2 T. dried chives

Directions:
Directions:
In a 10 inch skillet, on medium heat, saute carrots in oil, butter and garlic for about 3 minutes. Add water, reduce heat to med-low, cover and cook for 12 minutes or until crisp tender. Sprinkle with chives and serve. Serves 4.
