⅔ c. all-purpose flour
1 ½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper
¼ tsp. garlic powder
1 lb. veal cutlets
½ c. butter
2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
6 tbsp. fresh lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a large heavy duty, zip-top plastic bag. Seal bag; shake well. Add veal; shake until veal is coated.

Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add veal, and cook 1 to 2 minutes on each side or until done. Remove veal from skillet, and drain on paper towels.

Add parsley and lemon juice to skillet; stir well. Return veal to skillet; cook just until throughly heated. Transfer veal to a serving platter; spoon lemon mixture over veal.

*Can be made with chicken breast instead of veal.
