1 large onion
milk

For batter;

1c. pancake mix
¼tsp. salt
⅔c. cold water




























Directions:
Directions:
Peel onion and cut in ¼'' slices. Separate to form rings. Place rings in a bowl and cover with milk. Soak for 15 minutes and drain. Dip onion rings in batter, then fry in hot oil for 2-3 minutes at 375º. Drain on paper towels.
