2-3 Chicken Breasts, Diced
2 Tsp Mrs Dash Original
1 Tbsp Olive Oil

2 Tbsp Basil Pesto
1/3 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare Pasta noodle per package instruction.

In a skillet, add olive oil, chicken dices and Mrs Dash. Saute until juices run clear, about 10 minutes. Do not brown. Drain and set aside.
In a sauce pan melt butter then slowly add flour, whisking until smooth. Add milk all at once and whisk (or if using regular flour, mix in slowly stirring constantly) Increase heat and whisk constantly. It will thicken suddenly. Remove from heat and continue to whisk until temperature comes down. Add Dill, Pesto and Parmesan Cheese. Blend until everything is incorporated.
Pour over prepared pasta noodles, stir and serve. This also works very well cold so save your leftovers!
