1½ lb. round steak, cut into bite size pieces
2 cans beef broth (small)
1 can beef consomme (small)
1 mediium onion, chopped
1 C. sour cream
1 sm. can mushrooms, drained (optional)
1 Bag of egg noodles

Directions:
Directions:
1. Trim excessive fat from steak; cut into bite size pieces, flour and brown in skillet using a little shortening.
2. Add the beef broth, consomme, mushrooms (if desired).
3. Simmer for one hour.
4. Add sour cream and simmer for 5 more minutes.
5. Serve over cooked noodles.
