1 lb. ground beef
2 T. minced onion
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. garlic powder
2 - 8 oz. cans of tomato sauce
1½ tsp, Italian seasoning
1 - 4 oz. can sliced mushrooms, drained.
3 C. tomato juice
3 C. dry spaghetti (broken in thirds)

Directions:

1. Brown meat and drain.
2. Mix with all ingredients and put into crock-pot

Cook:
Low: 6-8 hours
High: 3-5 hours

Turn to "High" heat last hour and stir in the dry spaghetti.

Yield: 4 servings

My recommendation is that you double this recipe. You will want "left-overs". It is sooo good!
