Fry together:
2 lbs. bulk sausage
2 C. diced celery

Boil:
4 C. water
2 pkg or 1 box of Lipton's© Noodle Dry Soup Mix
1 C. minute rice

Remove from heat after comes to a boil.

Mix:
All ingredients together gently but thoroughly.

Directions:
Directions:
Pour combined mixture in a greased casserole; sprinkle with buttered bread crumb mixture.
Bake for 1 hour in a preheated 350º oven.

This is an old recipe from the archives of Donna's kitchen. We used to make this often. I'm anxious to try this again now that it has once again been resurrected.
