Ingredients:  
Chicken pieces (equivalent to one chicken) -( I use breasts cut in half).
5-7 peeled halved potatoes
8-10 peeled carrots (cut into large pieces)
2 cans cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can water

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix the soups with the can of water and stir until smooth and blended.
2. Add the vegetables and stir to coat with the soup mixture.
3. Add the chicken pieces and stir once again to mix all ingredients together.
4. Pour into a large greased baking dish with lid. Bake in a 350º oven, covered, for 1½ hours.
5. Serve while hot.
