Personal Notes:
Dad (gpa) grew up with Grandma Campbell always having a typical dinner or breakfast include fresh biscuits, warm from the oven, with lots butter and honey. So we try not to have a lot of gluten so I wanted to try to make them gluten- free. So these turned out light and buttery and almost as good as Bisquick drop biscuits. I’m definitely going to make these again!
