1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/4 tsp. salt
1 lb. can Sockeye salmon
1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
1 T lemon juice
3 T chopped parsley
1 T horseradish
2 tsp. grated onion (or chopped green onion to taste)
fresh dill & red pepper sauce (optional)



Directions:
Directions:
Drain, flake, and bone salmon. combine with cream cheese, lemon juice, onion, horseradish, salt & liquid smoke. Chill at least 4 hours. Can combine 1/2 cup chopped almonds mixed with more parsley and use to coat salmon mixture after formed in a ball.....or just serve as a cold spread for crackers.
