Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 - 13 ounces box of cheddar cheese crackers (its, I used reduced fat)
2 Tbls canola oil
1 Tbls taco seasoning
2 Tbls dried chopped cilantro

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 250F. Dump the box of crackers into a large bowl. Drizzle with the oil and toss to coat evenly. Sprinkle them with the taco seasoning and cilantro and toss again until coated evenly.

This works better if you have it in a very large bowl and gently toss it rather than trying to stir it. The crackers tend to break if they're stirred.

Spread crackers on a large baking tray. Bake for 20 minutes. Allow to cool before serving.

Store in an air-tight container or resealable bag.
